About Kevin Romney and Mike Ballard

He has 30 years of experience in all facets of real estate operations, including entitlement, acquisitions, development, renovation, dispositions, property management, and finance. Mike is involved in developing and renovating multifamily, retail, and office properties and data centers. Mike is developing more than $100 million of multifamily or mixed-use real estate in California, Nevada, and Utah.
